It is not light that we need, but fire; it is not the gentle shower, but thunder. We need the storm, the whirlwind, and the earthquake.

Happiness QuizWhile generating research for my project, I will be utilizing every resource to strengthen my argument. In this post, I will be providing my answers and perspective to a "Happiness Quiz". This quiz is based off of thousand's of scientific studies and provides positive feedback. I scored a 47, It consists of 13 questions and is out of 115 points. It told me by learning some new skills and using the effort needed I am able to become happier and life a better lifestyle. After taking the quiz, I read the attached link "7 Habits of Happy People" to learn more about how I can improve my happiness. It mentioned various ways, such as expressing yourself, cultivating kindness, exercising, discovering strengths, and treasuring gratitude. Reflection: Before taking the quiz, I had second thoughts on the accuracy of it based of the low amount of questions. As I went through, I thought most questions were vague and had trouble deciding. I liked that there was many options but, I think that's what made it harder. Towards the end, I knew my score wasn't going to be high since my answers were't consistent. I recognize I need to learn new skills and use them but it is not easy. I'm certain if i had a source of new strength I could flourish more, it just feels like a complicated time. Lately, I have been considering going back to therapy and finding new ways to improve my happiness and well-being. I believe if I did more research in these subjects I could educate myself and find strength from within. It's not always easy to keep yourself together and move on but, happiness is a choice.
